This page explains what happens to the information you give me when you register for my live training, take the quiz or join my email list.
I am Dalia Lourenço, a content systems consultant. I am the person responsible for your data. You can reach me at dalia@impactinternationalagency.com.
When you register for a live training, I ask for your name, your email address, your LinkedIn profile link, your answer to "What's the hardest part of LinkedIn for you right now?", and whether you are happy for me to show your profile on screen during the session.
When you take the quiz on this site, I collect your first name, your email address and your answers.
To send you the event link, reminders and the replay. To choose profiles to look at during the live session, only if you said yes. To understand what people struggle with, so I can make better training. To email you about my work afterwards, only if you agreed to that.
The session is recorded so I can send a replay. If I show your profile or you speak, you may appear in the recording. If you would like to be removed from the replay, email me and I will edit you out.
I use these tools to run my work: Google (Forms, Meet and Drive), Systeme.io for email, and LinkedIn. They process your data for me. I do not sell your data or share it with anyone else. Some of these tools store data outside Switzerland, including in the United States.
I keep your details until you ask me to delete them or you unsubscribe, and I review my list at least once a year.
You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, or stop me emailing you at any time. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can write to me at the address above. I follow the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, for people in the European Union, the GDPR.
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The quiz saves your answers in your own browser while you complete it.
If I change this policy, the date at the top changes too.
